About this campaign
About the Project
Building Safe Homes for Orphaned Children is a comprehensive initiative to construct and renovate residential facilities for vulnerable orphaned children across rural and semi-urban India. This project addresses the critical shortage of safe, dignified living spaces for children without parental care, providing them with secure homes equipped with basic amenities, educational resources, and recreational facilities.
Objectives and Activities
Our primary objective is to provide 150-200 orphaned children with a safe, nurturing environment where they can grow, learn, and develop into responsible citizens. Through this project, we will:
- Construct or renovate 2-3 orphan care homes with proper sanitation, clean water, and electricity
- Furnish each facility with beds, bedding, kitchen equipment, and educational materials
- Establish a support system including trained caregivers and counselors
- Implement nutrition and health monitoring programs
- Create safe spaces for play, study, and skill development activities
Each home will be designed following child welfare standards and will serve as a beacon of hope for abandoned and orphaned children, enabling them to access education, healthcare, and emotional support essential for their holistic development.
Our impact
This project will directly transform the lives of 150-200 orphaned children by providing them with safe shelter, nutritious meals, quality education, and emotional care—breaking the cycle of poverty and abandonment.
