About the Project

Learning Light Shiksha Abhiyaan is a comprehensive educational initiative designed to bring quality learning opportunities to underserved rural and semi-urban communities across India. The project recognizes that many children lack access to basic educational resources, qualified teachers, and conducive learning environments. Through a combination of technology-enabled learning, community engagement, and teacher capacity building, we aim to transform educational outcomes for marginalized children.

Our Approach

The project employs a multi-faceted strategy to ensure sustainable educational impact. We focus on establishing learning centers equipped with digital resources, training local educators, and engaging parents and community leaders as partners in the learning journey. Our curriculum emphasizes foundational literacy and numeracy skills while fostering critical thinking and life skills development.

Key activities include:

• Setting up Learning Light Centers in villages with basic digital infrastructure

• Training and mentoring local teachers and community educators

• Distributing educational materials and learning aids to students

• Conducting monthly parent engagement and awareness sessions

• Implementing monthly assessments to track student progress and learning outcomes

• Creating scholarship opportunities for economically disadvantaged students
