The Nextsteps Initiative conducts interactive outreach sessions in villages, bringing career guidance directly to secondary school students in underserved communities.

What We Do

Our trained facilitators visit local schools and community centres to engage students in seminars or sessions, covering a wide range of educational pathways including:

• Science & Technology — Engineering, Medicine, Computer Science

• Commerce & Business — Accounting, Entrepreneurship, Banking

• Arts & Humanities — Journalism, Law, Teaching, Social Work

• Vocational & Skill-Based Courses — ITI programmes, Polytechnic diplomas, certifications courses
