Aarogya Setu is a school-based health screening and awareness initiative by Sujana Foundation focused on the early identification of health concerns among students and connecting them with appropriate care.
The program includes general health, haemoglobin and eye screening, health awareness sessions, and documentation of results through My Health Diary. Students requiring further support may receive medical referrals, free OPD consultation, and concession on spectacles, where applicable.

By identifying health concerns early and connecting students to appropriate care, the program seeks to help children stay healthier, attend school regularly, and build a stronger foundation for their future.
