0%Sevaarth Global Foundation is organizing a Free Eye and Health Check-up Camp aimed at improving access to preventive healthcare services for underserved communities in Hunsur, Karnataka.
The initiative will provide free eye examinations, blood pressure (BP) screening, blood sugar testing, and distribution of spectacles for individuals identified with vision difficulties. The camp is focused on supporting children, adults, senior citizens, and economically disadvantaged families who have limited access to regular healthcare facilities.
The objective of the project is to promote early detection of health issues, improve eye health awareness, and provide basic healthcare support at the community level.
The program is expected to benefit 300–500 individuals through free medical consultations and health screening services in collaboration with healthcare professionals and partner organizations.
This project will directly benefit approximately 8,000-10,000 individuals annually through eye screenings and vision correction, preventing an estimated 200-300 cases of preventable blindness while significantly improving quality of life and economic productivity for rural families.
