About the Project

Sewa Samriddhi is a comprehensive rural development initiative designed to uplift economically disadvantaged communities across semi-urban and rural India. The project combines skill development, microfinance support, and market linkage opportunities to create sustainable livelihood pathways for marginalized populations, particularly women and youth from low-income households.

Objectives and Key Activities

The project aims to transform economic conditions through targeted interventions that address both immediate income needs and long-term prosperity. Our approach integrates vocational training with business development support to ensure participants can establish or expand income-generating activities.

• Conduct skills assessment and provide market-relevant vocational training in agriculture, handicrafts, retail, and digital services
• Facilitate access to microfinance and business loans through partnerships with financial institutions
• Establish producer groups and cooperatives to strengthen collective bargaining power
• Provide mentorship and ongoing business support for 18 months post-training
• Create direct market linkages with buyers and e-commerce platforms
• Monitor income improvements and economic indicators among beneficiaries

By combining financial inclusion with skill enhancement, Sewa Samriddhi enables participants to transition from subsistence living to sustainable, dignified livelihoods with measurable income growth.
