Outpatient Care Access – Connecting patients with government hospitals and private clinics for affordable, timely treatment
Medicine Assistance – Supplying prescribed medications to low-income families unable to afford ongoing treatment costs
Rehabilitation Support – Providing physiotherapy and counseling for patients recovering from injuries, surgeries, and chronic illnesses
Health Monitoring – Regular follow-up visits by trained community health workers to track recovery progress
Supporting over 20 patients annually with a strong focus on women, children, and daily wage earners who face the greatest barriers to sustained medical care. Partnering with local PHCs, district hospitals, and volunteer doctors to deliver dignified, compassionate healthcare to those who need it most.
