Common questions

When will I get my receipt?

For card, netbanking and online UPI payments, it is emailed as soon as the payment goes through. If you pay by UPI QR or bank transfer, it is emailed once Ruva Foundation confirms the money has reached them.

How do I claim the 80G tax deduction?

Tick "Claim 80G" and enter your PAN when you donate. Ruva Foundation reports your donation to the Income Tax Department, and you receive Form 10BE after the financial year ends. You can deduct 50% of the amount from your taxable income under the old tax regime.

Is my payment safe?

Your money goes straight to Ruva Foundation's own bank, UPI or payment gateway account. Sevastack never holds it, and card details are handled by the payment company, not by this page.

Something went wrong with my payment. What do I do?

Contact Ruva Foundation using the details on this page and share your transaction reference (UTR). They can match it and send your receipt.

Can I donate from outside India?

Ruva Foundation is FCRA registered, so it is allowed to accept donations from abroad. Foreign donations must go to its FCRA account — contact Ruva Foundation first if you are not sure which option to use.
