Pragati Yuva Mitra is a comprehensive youth empowerment initiative designed to unlock the potential of adolescents and young adults across rural and semi-urban India. The project recognizes that youth are agents of change and deserve access to quality mentorship, skill development, and career guidance to build sustainable livelihoods and contribute meaningfully to their communities.
The project aims to equip 5,000 young people aged 14-25 with market-relevant skills, digital literacy, and entrepreneurial mindset through structured training programs and mentorship networks. We focus on bridging the gap between education and employment while fostering leadership qualities and civic engagement among youth.
This initiative will directly transform the lives of 6,500 youth by providing them with employable skills and mentorship, creating pathways to sustainable income and enabling them to become catalysts for positive social change in their communities.
