Seva Foundation is a registered non-profit organisation (Reg. No. E-27341/2010) operating in India. We accept donations for charitable purposes in accordance with applicable Indian laws.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By using this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into these terms. If you are making a donation on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to do so.
3. Donations
- All donations are voluntary and made in good faith.
- Donations are used solely for the charitable objectives of Seva Foundation.
- Donors may be eligible for 50% tax deduction under Section 133(1)(b)(ii), Income Tax Act 2025 (Certificate No. AACTD4948C25PN02).
- We reserve the right to decline any donation at our discretion.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and graphics, is the property of Seva Foundation and may not be reproduced without prior written permission.
5. Limitation of Liability
Seva Foundation shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or reliance on information published herein.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Pune.
