Each type asks for the fields that type actually needs — a grant programme name, a sanctioning authority, an FCRA purpose category, a sponsorship tier — and the PDF is titled accordingly.
Schedule VII of the Companies Act 2013 lists the thirteen activity categories that CSR spending is permitted for, and every CSR-funded project must map to one of them for MCA reporting.
