Six funder types, not one. Alongside corporate CSR under Section 135, the same pipeline handles foundation grants, central and state government schemes, foreign donors under FCRA, high-net-worth individuals and family offices, and event or programme sponsorships. Each type asks for the fields that type actually needs — a grant programme name, a sanctioning authority, an FCRA purpose category, a sponsorship tier — and the PDF is titled accordingly.

Schedule VII of the Companies Act 2013 lists the thirteen activity categories that CSR spending is permitted for, and every CSR-funded project must map to one of them for MCA reporting. Sevastack asks you to pick the category on a corporate CSR proposal, prints it on the proposal PDF, and passes it to the AI draft so the narrative is written against the right category. Schedule VII governs CSR spend only, so it is not asked for on grant, government, FCRA, HNI or sponsorship proposals.

Whichever ones you tick when sending: 80G certificate, 12A registration, CSR-1 registration, FCRA certificate, trust or society registration, NGO Darpan certificate, PAN card, cancelled cheque, up to three years of audited financials, up to three years of annual reports, and a CA certificate. A utilization certificate (UC) confirms how CSR funds were spent against an approved project. Sevastack generates UCs and notifies the corporate partner automatically through their portal once funds are utilized and reported.
