No. Sevastack charges 0% platform fee on donations. You keep 100% of what donors give, aside from the standard charge levied by your payment gateway (for example Razorpay or your UPI provider). Funds are settled directly to your NGO's bank account — Sevastack never holds donor money.

UPI VPA, scannable QR and bank transfer work on every plan, including the free one. You connect your own merchant account, so settlement is your gateway's relationship with your bank, not ours.

Yes. By default your NGO absorbs the gateway charge and the donor pays exactly the amount they picked. Switch the fee bearer to the donor and the charged amount is grossed up instead, so the amount you selected is what actually reaches your bank.
