Who can join the Sevastack partner program?
Anyone who works close to Indian NGOs — CSR executives, CA and CS firms, NGO consultants, fundraising advisors, or a volunteer with a network. There is no company requirement, no minimum referral target, and no approval queue. You apply, and your referral link is live immediately.
How much commission do I earn, and when does it stop?
You earn 15% at Starter tier, 20% at Pro tier, 25% at Elite tier. Commission applies to every payment the NGO makes, for as long as they remain a paying Sevastack customer. It does not expire after a year or after a fixed number of payments.
How do the tiers move up?
Automatically, based on how many referred NGOs are active paying customers. 5 conversions unlocks Pro at 20%, and 15 conversions unlocks Elite at 25%. There is no separate application — the rate changes on your next commission the moment you cross the threshold.
When and how do I get paid?
Earnings accrue in your partner dashboard as referred NGOs pay. Once your balance crosses ₹500, you can request a payout to a UPI ID or a bank account from the payouts page. Add your PAN in partner settings so the payout can be processed correctly.
What happens if the NGO signs up but stays on the free plan?
Nothing is owed and nothing is lost. Commission is a share of actual payments, so a free-plan NGO earns you nothing yet — but the referral stays attached to your account. If they upgrade months later, the commission starts then, at your tier at that time.
Does the NGO pay more because they came through me?
No. The NGO pays the same published price either way. Commission comes out of Sevastack's revenue, not as a markup on the NGO.
Do I have to sell or support the product?
No. There are no sales targets, no demo obligations, and no support duty. Sevastack handles onboarding, training, and support for every NGO you refer. Your job ends at the introduction.
Can I show my own branding to the NGOs I refer?
White-label partnerships — your logo and your own domain in front of the NGOs you refer — are available on request rather than self-serve. Talk to the partnerships team if you want your firm or practice to be the visible brand.
