Yes. Design your NGO's certificate template once in settings, and Sevastack automatically generates and emails a signed, QR-verifiable certificate to a volunteer as soon as their activity is marked complete — no manual PDF creation. You can keep several templates for different occasions: appreciation, participation, completion, recognition, membership, training, excellence, or a custom design of your own.

Every certificate includes a QR code linking to a public verification page hosted by Sevastack, confirming the volunteer's name, activity, hours, and issuing NGO — useful for employers, universities, or scholarship applications. If a certificate is ever issued in error it can be revoked or reissued, and the verification page reflects that.

Yes. A volunteer logs hours from their own portal against the activity they worked on, and the coordinator reviews rather than transcribes. Hours roll up per project, per volunteer, and across the NGO, so a funder's question about volunteer contribution is answered from records rather than memory.

Yes. Published activities appear in the volunteer's portal, where they can register, cancel if their plans change, and leave a rating and feedback afterwards. Your NGO's opportunities can also be listed publicly on Sevastack so new volunteers can find you.
