What is the ₹499 first-year offer?+

New customers can access all Growth plan features (CSR proposals, payroll, TDS, bank reconciliation, P&L statements, AI) for ₹499/month for the first year. After the first year, you choose a regular plan at standard pricing (₹1,999/mo or ₹19,990/yr). No auto-renewal on the intro offer.

Is Sevastack really free forever?+

Yes. The Free plan has no trial period and no credit card required. Up to 100 donors, 3 projects, 25 volunteers, 80G receipts, FCRA tracking, donation pages, and audit logs — all free, forever.

What happens when I cross the Free plan limits?+

You'll get a gentle heads-up 7 days before you hit the limit. Nothing stops working — you can keep receiving donations and issuing receipts — but new donors/projects pause until you upgrade.

Can I change plans anytime?+

Yes. Upgrade or downgrade anytime. Upgrades are pro-rated. Downgrades take effect at your next billing cycle. No lock-in.

Do you offer discounts for small NGOs?+

The Free plan is our discount for small NGOs — it's genuinely free forever. For larger NGOs with tight budgets, email us — we review case by case.

Is there a transaction fee on donations?+

Sevastack charges 0% platform fee. Your Razorpay account pays Razorpay's standard gateway fee (~2%) directly. UPI and bank transfers have zero fee.

Is HR & Payroll included in Starter?+

Yes — basic payroll (payslips, leave management, reimbursements, Sevaspace portal) is included from the Starter plan. TDS on salary computation and bank reconciliation require the Growth plan.

What is CSR proposals?+

The CSR proposal builder lets you create professional funding proposals for corporate CSR teams, share them via a tracked link, and get real-time read receipts. Available on Growth and above.
