This release brings drafts for broadcasts, the ability to reverse a stock movement in inventory, and a quicker way to add a fixed asset. Depreciation in the fixed assets register is now safer, checking financial year order and refreshing forecasts on its own. Invite links shared over WhatsApp or email now show a proper branded preview without revealing the invitee's email address.

Added
  • Broadcasts: save an unfinished broadcast as a draft and pick it up later from the new drafts list, up to a set number of drafts per organisation.
  • Inventory: reverse a stock movement, with the reversal clearly marked and checks that stop a reversal from pushing stock below zero.
  • Fixed assets register: add a new asset from a side panel without leaving the list.
  • Inventory ledger and project donation lists: filter by date range using ready-made presets or your own from and to dates.
  • Invite links and the SevaSpace employee portal login page now show a branded preview image when shared on WhatsApp or email.
Changed
  • Inventory list: click anywhere on a row to open item details; links and buttons inside the row continue to work as before.
  • Help bot has moved to the main top navigation, so help is reachable from every dashboard screen.
  • Fixed assets register: running depreciation now checks financial year order and tells you when a year is blocked or has been skipped.
  • Fixed assets register: depreciation forecasts refresh on their own after you run or undo depreciation, so figures stay in step.
  • Expenses: the expense list now shows a summary of matching records and totals for your current filters.
  • Grants: improved handling of grant instalments across the grant register, grant details and the grant form.
  • Projects: the panel for linking an expense to a project has a clearer layout and is easier to fill in.
Fixed
  • Fixed assets: an asset can no longer be capitalised twice.
  • Accounting: journal entries with negative or invalid amounts are now rejected instead of being posted.
  • Inventory ledger: the fund selection dropdown now displays correctly.
Security
  • Invite and corporate invite links no longer expose the invitee's email address in link previews, and are kept out of search engine results.

This release adds a combined receipt option for in-kind donations, so gifts of goods and services can be acknowledged and emailed from the donation record itself. Members can now be set up to automatically create a matching donor record when they join, saving duplicate data entry. The donor list and public website also load faster, with clearer text, better error messages and a new reminder of upcoming statutory filing dates.

Added
  • Donations > Donation details: new combined receipt action for in-kind gifts, letting you generate and email a receipt for donated goods and services in one step.
  • Members: an optional setting to automatically create a donor record whenever a new member is added, so you need not enter the same person twice.
  • Public website: a compliance clock showing the next statutory filing dates, also shown as a reminder on the closing call-to-action and blog pages.
  • Public website: friendly error and loading screens now appear if a page is slow or fails to open, instead of a blank screen.
Changed
  • Donors: the donor list, donation history tab and edit and record donation panels now load noticeably faster.
  • Donors: expanding rows in the donor table is smoother on large lists.
  • GiveHub onboarding: the introduction is easier to dismiss and the page no longer jumps about while loading.
  • Public website: clearer wording across the home page, features, pricing and testimonials, with a tidier set of frequently asked questions and a consistent look throughout.
  • Public website: the how it works section now shows the actual documents and records the process produces.
Removed
  • Public website: references to "no credit card required" have been taken off the marketing pages.

This release brings two new areas to Seva Stack: pledges, so you can record a donor's promised amount and link donations against it as they arrive, and a policy register under Governance for maintaining organisational policies with supporting documents and staff declarations. Deleting donors, volunteers and fixed assets is now safer, with clearer confirmation details, proper error messages and a return to the correct list afterwards. Payroll now recognises off days when working out attendance-based deductions, and certificate design images are compressed before upload.

Added
  • New Donations > Pledges area to record donor pledges, edit or cancel them, track progress, and link or unlink donations against each pledge.
  • New Governance > Policies register to create and update policies, upload policy documents, archive old versions and track staff declarations.
Changed
  • Fixed assets register: deleting an asset now shows a detailed confirmation and blocks deletion when the asset's status does not allow it.
  • Payroll: attendance now supports marking off days, and these are excluded correctly when calculating loss of pay.
  • Settings > Certificate design: uploaded images are compressed automatically and you get a clear message if the file exceeds the upload limit.
  • Donors: removing a donor now clears the donor profile as well and takes you back to the donor list.
Fixed
  • Volunteers: deleting a volunteer now shows a proper message if it cannot be completed, and returns you to the volunteers list on success.

This release adds better handling of unpaid interns and honorary members in HR and Payroll, including stipend settings, and lets you mark off-days and holidays directly on the attendance grid. Staff who raise support issues now get a pop-up in the dashboard when there is an update on their request. The public website and blog have also been improved with a table of contents, search and filters, and an upcoming compliance deadlines section.

Added
  • Human Resources > Attendance: you can now mark off-days on the attendance grid, and holidays are shown more clearly in each cell.
  • Human Resources > Employees: interns and honorary members can be recorded as unpaid, with a stipend option on the salary tab that flows through to payroll.
  • Support: a pop-up now appears in the dashboard when there is an update on an issue you reported, so you no longer have to check back manually.
  • Blog: articles now include a table of contents, and the web address updates as you move through sections so you can share a link to a specific part.
  • Blog: a new search box and filters help you find articles on a particular topic quickly.
  • Blog: an upcoming compliance deadlines section shows the next due dates for filings related to the article you are reading.
Changed
  • Human Resources > Departments: department and employee screens now show clearer labels for unpaid interns and honorary members.
  • Support: issues now track the person who reported them and the rounds of follow-up, so updates reach the right staff member.
  • Website: home page, features, pricing, footer and blog sections have clearer wording and updated product links.
  • Blog: cover images and article listings use consistent sizes, so pages look tidier on all devices.
  • Website: pages shared on social media now show a proper preview image, and compliance pages reflect the Income-tax Act, 2025.
Fixed
  • Blog: article listing and post pages now show the correct last-updated dates.
Security
  • Public NGO listing pages no longer expose organisation details that were not meant to be shared publicly.

This release brings compensatory off to HR: you can grant comp-off for off days worked, and staff can request it from their portal for admin approval. Projects now have a documents area with version history, in-kind donations accept a single total gift value and an approximate valuation basis, and issued certificates can be emailed to recipients. Employee selection across leave, advances and reimbursement forms is now a searchable picker, and donations received through online payment gateways no longer store placeholder donor contact details.

Added
  • Projects: a new Documents tab where you can upload project files, keep earlier versions and download any version later.
  • Donations > Quick add in-kind donation: enter one total gift value and have it apportioned across the listed items automatically.
  • Donations and Inventory: new 'approximate' valuation basis for goods whose value can only be estimated.
  • Certificates: issued certificates can now be emailed to the recipient directly from the certificates list.
  • HR > Employees > Overview: mark an employee as staff or honorary, set a monthly honorarium, and record probation or contract end dates.
  • HR > Leave: compensatory off is now supported — grant comp-off for off days worked, with an expiry date, and see it in balances and attendance exports.
  • Staff portal: employees can request comp-off for an off day they worked, and admins approve or reject it under HR > Leave.
  • HR > Leave > Manage leave types: reconcile leave balances to correct outdated allocations, with additional checks before saving.
Changed
  • Certificates > Issue: the bulk issue process is clearer and easier to complete for a batch of recipients.
  • HR > Leave > Manage leave types: now shows the number of employees affected and the financial year for better context.
  • HR > Leave: the leave balances panel now shows the policy details behind each balance.
  • A searchable employee picker replaces plain dropdowns in leave, advances, reimbursements, attendance regularisation, members, projects and beneficiary forms.
  • HR > Attendance settings: you are now asked to confirm your work week, and your changes are retained more reliably while editing.
  • HR > Attendance settings and portal check-in: photo and location can be made optional, and staff see clearer prompts while checking in.
  • HR > Employees: the HR setup checklist and the pre-setup banner now explain the remaining steps more clearly.
  • Comp-off expiry is now counted from the date the request is approved rather than the date worked.
Fixed
  • Donations: payments received through online payment gateways no longer save placeholder donor names, email addresses or phone numbers on the donor record.
Security
  • Error reports sent for troubleshooting now have donor and staff contact details removed before they leave your system.

This release introduces expert-hosted masterclasses, so independent CSR consultants can list and sell their own training sessions, collect payments through Razorpay or UPI, and manage registrations from a dedicated expert area. Receipt emailing for donations is now safer, as the system will not send the same receipt twice unless you deliberately choose to resend it. Public expert and training pages have also been polished, with better previews when links are shared and clearer event countdowns.

Added
  • Experts can now host paid masterclasses, with public expert profile and event pages, an application form, and an admin area to review expert applications.
  • New expert area to create and manage events, view registrations, and set up payment details.
  • Participants can pay by UPI and upload payment proof where the host has no payment gateway; hosts verify the proof and confirm the seat.
  • Registration confirmation emails now include a Google Calendar link for the session.
  • Option to force a resend of a donation receipt from Donations, the donation view page and Quick add donation.
Changed
  • Public expert and training pages now use the standard brand colours and show countdown labels showing how long until an event begins.
  • Expert profile, training and masterclass pages now show a proper preview image and title when shared on WhatsApp, LinkedIn or other platforms.
  • Donations and Donors lists load faster.
Fixed
  • Donation receipts are no longer emailed twice to the same donor by accident.

This release focuses on hiring, attendance reminders and subscription billing. Job postings now carry an employment type through to hiring and employee records, attendance reminders respect a grace period before nudging staff, and subscription invoices show the service period and payment mode. Public NGO and cause listing pages have also been simplified, and the monthly referral reminder email has been discontinued.

Added
  • HR > Hiring: job postings now record an employment type, which is shown on the applicants board and carried over when an applicant is added as an employee.
  • Subscriptions: eligible organisations are now granted the introductory offer automatically once payment succeeds, with no manual step needed.
Changed
  • HR > Notifications: attendance reminders now allow a grace period before a reminder is sent, so staff are not notified the moment attendance is due.
  • Subscription invoices now show the service period covered and the payment mode used, along with clearer seller details.
  • Public NGO, city and cause listing pages now show a capped set of listings on a single page instead of paged results, so they load faster.
Removed
  • The automatic monthly referral reminder email is no longer sent.

This release adds a prompt that asks you to refresh your browser tab when a newer version of Seva Stack has been released, so you are never working on an out-of-date screen. The dashboard sidebar now carries quick buttons for notifications and creating new records, and several screens including HR employees, Inventory, Fixed assets and Settings have tidier layouts. We have also strengthened checks that keep each organisation's data separate and added automatic monitoring of suspicious activity.

Added
  • A refresh prompt now appears when a tab has been left open after a new version is released, so you always work on the latest screens.
  • The dashboard sidebar header now has quick buttons for notifications and for creating a new record from anywhere.
Changed
  • HR > Employees: the overview and the pending resignations panel have a clearer layout and are easier to work through.
  • Inventory, Settings > Billing and Settings > Email: refreshed layouts with simpler, more consistent controls.
  • Fixed assets register and Finance: page layouts simplified for easier reading.
Fixed
  • Screens that remember your choices, such as the fixed assets register, bulk 80G report and the collapsed sidebar, no longer flicker or reset while loading.
Security
  • Strengthened checks so marketplace, payroll, employee and bank statement records are only ever shown to the organisation they belong to.
  • Compliance > Breach register: suspicious activity is now detected automatically and flagged, backed by a documented incident response procedure.
