💰 Salary, Incentives & Rewards
Fixed Daily Pay: ₹500 per working day.
Petrol Allowance: Provided separately to cover eligible travel expenses.
Daily Fundraising Target: ₹1,000 in donations.
10% Commission: Earn an additional 10% commission on the donations you collect once you achieve the daily target.
5% Performance Bonus: Receive an additional 5% bonus on eligible collections when you meet the daily target, as per the organisation's incentive policy.
Monthly Earnings: Your total earnings can grow through daily pay, commission, performance bonuses, and incentives.
Performance-Based Increments: Opportunities for pay increases as your performance, consistency, and responsibilities grow.
Example: If you collect ₹2,000 in eligible donations in a day and meet the target, you could earn ₹200 commission + ₹100 performance bonus, in addition to your ₹500 daily pay and separate petrol allowance.

What you'll do
- Visit households and explain the NGO’s mission and ongoing welfare projects
- Encourage individuals to contribute towards social causes.
- Achieve a daily fundraising target of ₹1,000.
- Accept online donations only through the NGO’s official QR code.
- Accept cash donations strictly below ₹2,000 per donation, as per organizational policy.
- Record all donations and donor details accurately. Anonymous donations must also be recorded transparently.
- Thank every donor respectfully, regardless of the amount contributed.
- Submit daily reports containing donation records, collection amounts, and field activity details.
- Maintain financial transparency, confidentiality, and professional conduct.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in fundraising, community engagement, sales, or similar relationship-building role
- Fluency in local language (Hindi, Marathi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, etc., depending on region) and working proficiency in English
- Ability to travel frequently within assigned district; own two-wheeler preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills and genuine passion for social impact
- Comfort with data entry, basic spreadsheets, and mobile-based reporting tools
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Good communication and public speaking skills.
- Honest, responsible, punctual, and well-mannered.
- Must be comfortable working in the field and meeting daily fundraising targets.

- Previous experience working with NGOs or social enterprises
- Familiarity with donor management software or CRM tools
- Experience organising events or campaigns in rural/semi-urban settings
