For CSR teams
Give a cohort of NGOs a year of better systems
Fund Sevastack's Growth plan for NGOs in your CSR districts or causes. They get receipts, accounts and records that hold up to any funder. You get an impact report for your board.
₹59,990 per NGO per year · invoice with GST · NGOs opt in
Three steps, one invoice
- Step 1
Pick a cohort
Choose NGOs by cause and district, or let us propose a shortlist of active NGOs that match your CSR policy.
- Step 2
NGOs opt in
Each NGO gets an invite and decides for itself. Seats an NGO declines go to another NGO you approve.
- Step 3
Report to your board
A quarterly impact report: NGOs supported, money they raised, receipts issued, people served.
What your CSR team gets
Aggregate impact report
Cohort totals every quarter, as a PDF for your CSR committee and annual report. NGOs that agree are listed with their own totals.
GST invoice and records
One invoice for the program, seat by seat records of which NGO accepted and when, ready for your CSR file and auditor.
A quiet credit
"Supported by" your company on each NGO's dashboard and public profile. Never on donate pages or receipts, so donors keep giving.
What a sponsored Growth plan includes
- 80G and 12A receipts, emailed and numbered for them
- Donor records, campaigns and online donation pages
- Accounts and FCRA-aware fund tracking
- Beneficiary, volunteer, HR and payroll records

Built so NGOs and donors keep trusting it
No personal data reaches you
You never see donor or beneficiary names, PAN or contact details. Reports carry totals only.
The NGO decides
Every NGO opts in and can remove the credit at any time. Its plan then keeps working for 30 days.
Sponsors are reviewed
We approve every sponsor. Tobacco, alcohol, gambling, political and religious bodies, and instant-loan lenders cannot sponsor.
Questions CSR teams ask
Does this count as CSR spend?
Companies usually book it as capacity building of NGOs that work in Schedule VII areas. Whether it fits your CSR policy is for your CSR committee and auditor to confirm; we give you the invoice, the list of NGOs and the impact report they will ask for.
What happens when the program ends?
We remind you 60 and 15 days before the end date. If you do not renew, each NGO keeps its plan for 30 more days and then moves to the free plan. No NGO loses its records or receipts.
Can we choose the NGOs?
Yes. Pick by cause and state, name specific NGOs, or ask us for a shortlist. Every NGO still has to accept, and you only pay for the seats you buy.
Will our logo appear on donation pages?
No. The credit is one line on the NGO's dashboard and public profile. Donate pages, receipts, donor emails and the NGO's portals carry the NGO's brand only.
