About the role
Positive YUVA Network is looking for a motivated young woman living with HIV to join as a Project Coordinator. The role will involve coordinating community-based projects, working with youth and district leaders, supporting field activities, maintaining documentation, and coordinating with community and project stakeholders.
What you'll do
- * Coordinate project activities and field implementation.
- * Engage with PLHIV youth and community leaders.
- * Support HIV awareness and community outreach activities.
- * Coordinate with partners, ART/CSC centres and other stakeholders.
- * Maintain project documentation, reports and data.
- * Track activities, outcomes and project deliverables.
- * Support district leaders and ensure timely implementation of activities.
- * Participate in trainings, workshops and field visits.
